Settings overview

The settings sidebar, what each section is for, and who sees it.

The settings area with its sidebar on the left: Back to app at the top, then a Personal group with Profile, an Organization group with General, Members, Permissions, Sources, Usage, Quarantine, API Access and Templates, and a Departments group listing Finance, Sales and Marketing with Create a department beneath. The General page is open on the right.

Overview

Settings is where your organisation is run: who belongs to it, which systems are connected, how credits are being used, and the house style for dashboards and reports.

Getting to Settings

  1. Click your organisation's name at the top of the sidebar. A menu opens.
  2. Choose Settings. It opens on your Profile, with the settings sidebar on the left.
  3. Pick a section from the sidebar.
  4. When you are done, click Back to app at the top of the sidebar.

Someone without Owner or Admin access can still lead a department. They look after it from the department's own pages, not from Settings. See How departments work.

The sidebar has three groups.
