Mira gives everyone in a company a straight answer out of its own data, in plain English, with the working shown. By taking the wait and the middleman out of it, we put the numbers back within reach of the people who have to act on them.

How Mira started

We started building Mira because we kept watching the same thing happen. Somebody needs a number, the number exists somewhere, and getting to it means a request, a queue and a wait. By the time it arrives the decision has usually been made without it.

There are four of us and we sit in the same room in London. We run onboarding ourselves, we answer our own support, and we are still on a call with every company that uses Mira. When something is wrong, the person who built it is the one who hears about it.
